2011 Annual Golf Tournament

Your are invited to play in the 2011 Westminster Rotary Club Golf Tournament at Hyland Hills Golf Course. Please put a group together with whom you will enoy playing and partake in the day, the golf and the fellowship. The dollars you will be helping us to raise are given to Westminster students earning scholarships from the Westminster Rotary Club Scholarship Program.

Event Details:

• Date:  Friday, September 23^rd, 2011
• Time:  Shotgun start at 8 AM!!
• Format:  Four Player Scramble with both Net and Gross prizes.
• Cost:  $125 per player or $500 per foursome.  Please make checks out to Westminster Rotary Club.
• Awards, Happy hour, and Food at Ciancio’s (you all know where Ciancio’s is!) after play ends.  
• Sponsorship opportunities are available, including:
  • Hole Sponsor - $125
  • Hole Plus Sponsor - $200 - Entry for One Golfer plus Hole Sponsor
  • Silver Sponsor - $600 - Entry for One Foursome (4 Golfers) plus Hole Sponsorship
  • Gold Sponsor - $1250 - Entry for Two Foursomes (8 Golfers) plus two Hole Sponsorships
  • Platinum Sponsor - $2000 - Entry for Two Foursomes (8 Golfers) plus two Hole Sponsorships plus naming on all tournament publications as Presenting Sponsor.
  • We are also looking for Sponsorships for Happy Hour, the Beverage Cart and whatever else you would like to come up with.
  • All sponsorship dollars go right to the Scholarship fund.
  • We WILL NOT ask for any additional money from you once you are checked in, our goal is to have a fun tournament without 'extra' games. We would rather you choose to sponsor our event and then have a great time playing golf.
  • We are going to design some contests for the day of the tournament based upon who plays, such as 'Best Rotary Club Team', 'Best City Team', 'Team Needing the Most Help', 'Best Mixed? Team', and others.
